I was wonder what happen with the security of the building when I came to live here the front door after 10 pm was close and only the counseirge open the door also this weekend more then 100 people were seen in the lobby did some one have a party Please get back with the security of the building please

The unit we have is not perfect but fitted to our needs, its not small and not big. Enough to our dwelling. The staff our approachable and helpful if you ask a favor. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMoved in a couple of weeks ago and for the most part it's been a pleasure. The building is obviously older, but to me that's part of the charm. My apartment has been renovated and I love it. The location is great ... Arrive is just a short walk to Pike and Rose. And Bark Social is close by, which is ideal the pup. Lack of a freight elevator had its issues during move-in, but my movers managed fine. I'm super happy with my decision to live here.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful. The fitness center is also good for my needs. Overall, I highly recommend the Arrive.
