Staff including property manager, leasing office Ms. Sharon in particular , front desk and maintenance crew have been nothing short of fabulous. Everyone is kind and friendly and I really feel like I m home when there. Of course it s an older building but Staff tries they re hardest to fix issues in a timely manner. My family and I are very happy living here.

It’s comfortable, familiar, and gives me a sense of stability after long days of work and school. The convenience is a huge plus—everything I need is close by, which saves time and lowers stress. I enjoy the quiet moments in my apartment, but I also appreciate that there’s a sense of life around me. Seeing familiar faces in the hallways or elevators makes the place feel warm and lived-in, even without long conversations. The building is well maintained, which makes me feel safe and taken care of. My 10 year old loves the pool in the summer months and I use the fitness center all the time. My 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is spacious and modern. The management team are friendly, maintenance is always on time and keep everything clean and running and the front desk concierge staff are always welcoming and helpful.
