Applications for partial tuition reimbursement are reserved exclusively for our valued team members and their dependents, offering an advantageous opportunity for every applicant.
Purpose
Since 2014, The Fowler Family Scholarship Program has been providing tuition relief for high-achieving high school seniors and college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degree at accredited two or four-year colleges or universities.

Eligibility
For you or your dependents to be eligible for the scholarship, you must be a non-executive, full-time employee in good standing who has completed over 12 consecutive months of employment at our company.
*An individual must be either a “qualifying child” or a “qualifying relative” to be a dependent. An individual is not a qualifying child if the individual provided over one-half of his or her own support for the calendar year. Section 152(c)(3)(A) provides that an individual meets the age requirement if the individual has not attained age 19 as of the close of the calendar year or if the individual is a student who has not attained age 24 as of the close of the calendar year. Under § 152(c)(3)(B), an individual is treated as meeting the age requirement if the individual is permanently and totally disabled (as defined in § 22(e)(3)) at any time during the calendar year.

Can I apply for a scholarship if I am attending trade school or achieving an industry certificate?
The scholarship is not available for these educational paths currently. It is only available for 2 year and 4-year undergraduate degree programs.
How do I know if I am eligible?

Can I apply if I have plans to go to school in the future?
No, only those currently in the enrollment process or students already enrolled qualify.
What are the requirements for applying?
Applicants must be applying to a 2 or 4-year undergraduate program. If the applicant is already enrolled, you may apply for assistance and will need to provide current transcripts and proof of enrollment for the upcoming academic year.
Do I need to be a full-time student to be eligible?
Both part-time and full-time students that are working towards their undergraduate degree are eligible to apply.
How do I make the best impression on the committee?
Complete the application digitally and be thorough. Make sure to include all details in the application, copies of your most recent official transcripts and/or acceptance letter, a complete essay of over 300 words and three official letters of recommendation complete with signatures. Label each file accordingly with your name and file type (application, transcripts, letters of recommendation) before emailing them to the committee. These details are not only important to your application, they are important life skills.

When is the submission deadline?
Applications must be submitted between March 1st and May 1st. Applications received after May 1st may not be reviewed for the upcoming academic year and applicants can be asked to reapply during the next application period.
How will I know if my application was submitted properly?
All applicants will receive a confirmation email when applications have been received and accepted for review. If you do not receive an email, please review your submission and re-submit.
