Employee Exclusive Programs

We always encourage team members to connect, create, collaborate, and grow.
That’s why we offer the Mentorship and Trinity Performance Ambassador (TPA) Programs.

 Mentorship Program

Our National Mentorship Program aims to provide an intentional resource to aid in developing team members across the company and portfolio. Offering this program allows team members across all levels, specialties, and regions of the company to gain exposure, knowledge, and invaluable advice. We hope to foster an environment of learning and development through 1:1 relationships, two-way shared real-world experiences, and professional guidance.

 New Skills, New Opportunities

Develop creative solutions for common problems and learn how to fine-tune your communication and organizational skills as you follow each path. Whether you wish to move up through our organization or use your knowledge in pursuit of excellence elsewhere, these programs will help prepare you for whatever comes next.

 Trinity Performance Ambassador (TPA) Program

This program is designed to sharpen skills and contribute to one’s success as they pursue a career with Trinity and work towards future goals in the multifamily industry. The role as a TPA Trainee is in addition to their current role. Note that this is a 12-month program that was condensed into an accelerated 6-month program detailing advanced marketing and operation tactics.
