The open layout allows for plenty of natural light, making every room feel warm and inviting. The kitchen is a dream with modern appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants, which is a huge plus. I also love the outdoor space, ideal for relaxing or hosting friends. From the leasing office staff, to the concierge staff, to the maintenance team, everyone here is so kind and helpful which really makes this building feel like a community. Ms. India is always so helpful and wonderful at curating a communal environment, Ty is always available to help, Luis and Freddie always make sure my maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and Ms. Sharon, Porsche, and all of the other people who work at the concierge desk are always nothing but lovely and helpful. I’m blanking on the rest of their names. Please know that I would like to recognize each of them, as their warm welcome is always such a nice way to come home.
