There are some things that work well and others that could use improvement. The property itself generally meets expectations, but day-to-day experiences can vary depending on the situation. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time and the staff were polite whenever I had questions or needed help. The common areas were generally clean and it was nice having shared spaces to relax or study. I also appreciated that the environment was usually quiet, which made it easier to focus on school and sleep without many disruptions.
