It’s got everything I need, like decent-sized rooms, a shared kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, which is a huge win. The bedroom isn’t massive, but it’s cozy, and the desk space is perfect for studying. The kitchen’s a bit tight, especially when everyone’s cooking at the same time, but it’s manageable.
One downside is the noise. It can get pretty loud on weekends with people coming and going, but that’s expected in student housing. The location makes up for it though – it’s close to campus and a bunch of restaurants, so grabbing food or getting to class is easy.
Maintenance is usually quick if something breaks, which is nice. The rent is fairly priced for what I get, though I wish the laundry situation was better – sharing a few machines between all the tenants can be a hassle. Overall, not bad for student living
