The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the property itself, are the more aggressive homeless people who hang around 7 11 next door, or threaten myself and my flatmate when we walk our dog. The police do 0 about the noise, out in the open drug use, and urine smell.

Aside from the eclectic feng shui, the apartments are spacious and modern the gym is elite. It's in the perfect part of downtown next to all the music venues, centrally located between the Gaslamp and Little Italy. Ideal for those with dogs who enjoy any walk, especially to the Little Italy Dog Park. All in all, Arrive Broadway Lofts is a great place to live.
