Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArrive Broadway is a great, centrally located, historic building surrounded by all most everything you could look for in downtown San Diego. The loft apartments are unique and modern, with carefully chosen fixtures and are spacious and comfortable. I love my space here, neighbors are friendly and the staff host frequent community events to further those connections. Rich, Joe and the maintenance crew are responsive and take care of things. This is a prime spot to be in. I’m glad I chose Arrive Broadway.

The big changes that the company has already made, are awesome like the security but we can also have cámaras not the hallways

I’ve had a great overall experience living in this community. The location is very convenient, the property is well-kept, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The building and common areas are always kept clean, and the management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs.
My unit itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to repairs and upkeep. The amenities, such as the gym and lounge areas, are a great bonus and add to the overall comfort of living here.
