|Recommended: YesTameka Matthews Manger — This lady she works with a lot of resident and here name is Tameka and she don't show no remorse for no one she there to do her job and when we ask for her she in a meeting or at another office to help out. out of all the people that work in that office they are nothing like you cause she stay on top of it. she walk with a big smile.

I always pass this apartment complex and it looked really nice on the outside, plus it is right across from the shopping center which has food markets and my favorite places to eat at and when I did the tour, it was very clean and everybody was very professional and thats what I have been looking for.

|Recommended: YesNice Quiet Neighborhood — Convenient location, need to fix dumping of furniture and sofas done by people Cameras or security needed to stop loading of dumpsters with all kins of stuff. Have seen people dumping refrigerators

I had been searching for apartments for weeks, and one experience with Tameka and her tour of the apartment complex solidified that Renew Foundry was where I wanted to be. So far, I haven’t experienced any negative issues. It is quiet, peaceful, and the apartment is nice, with updated appliances, countertops and in-unit washer and dryer a must for me .
