The neighbors are friendly. The parking space is wide enough that whatever time you arrive, you can still get a spot to park. I feel at peace in this neighborhood.

I just been dealing with a neighbor who has been causing a great number of roaches to travel in my apt. From the pest control to us catching and filling up multiple traps of roaches. I dont know what to do anymore honestly my last apt I dealt with dirty neighbors and had to deal with roaches honestly feel like deja vu.
