Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLet me tell yall about these two GORGEOUS women in the renew office, Tyra and Dia. When I say these two made me feel SO comfortable I mean it. Tyra was my leasing angent and she went above and beyond her job to make sure that my dealbreakers were met. She was VERY patient and VERY efficient when helping me pick the perfect place. Dia is the leasing manager and baby, she was SUPER sweet and pleasant, she and Tyra worked together to get my unit moved after there were some issues with my first. Dia was VERY transparent with everything, I barely had questions because she covered things the FIRST time. They made sure my move in experience was graceful. they were SUPER apologetic when the first wasn’t what I wanted and They immediately fixed it making sure I was comfortable with my experience. They are the reason I stayed and the ONLY reason I was willing to stay. Shout out to Tyra and Dia for giving me what I would say was the BEST apartment searching experience I’ve ever had ☺️ THANK YOU

The maintenance team members that I’ve met so far have been nice and professional. The only thing is the dishwasher was broken when moving in so hopefully that gets fixed soon.
