Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNormally I have horrible things to say regarding this property from the leasing office staff to the maintenance team. However my most recent maintenance experience was wonderful I’ve had to reach out to the maintenance team over 10 times for a heating issue which has never been fully addressed. I’ve been sick multiple times due to the heating issue. Church came out today and took the time to listen to my concerns instead of invalidating me addressed my issue fully. This is huge for me as I now have a newborn in my home who cannot afford to be sick. He not only addressed my heating issue he replaced my microwave that I’ve been awaiting for over a month I truly cannot say anything but great things about Church As far as everyone else at the property do better

The only thing I could say that I don't like is that since we arrived we have had problems with the dishwasher and the washing machine. We called many times to have them solve the problem and they never did. I got tired of calling them because they never solved it for me.
