Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The location is perfect, close to downtown, though parking can be tight after 9 PM. The walls are thick, so I rarely hear neighbors. Highly recommend for the price

Cons Conservice sewer and water charges are extremely high I understand it not the fault of the staff . The higher ups should consider switching to Metro Water or giving tenants an option of which company to use.
