ReNew Fairmont Park is located in West Midland, near the popular Bowlero Midland and next to C.J. Kelly Park. We offer both market rate and income-restricted housing options. Our one and two-bedroom floor plans feature updated interiors, hardwood-style flooring, and woodburning fireplaces in select homes as well as washer and dryer connections and spacious walk-in closets. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, covered parking, playground, and two swimming pools. ReNew Fairmont Park is a pet-friendly community with only a few breed restrictions. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRating is based on initial move in process and only two days as a resident. Was quick to get approved and staff was very helpful with elaborating details in agreements. Apartment is clean, community is quiet so far. Only complaint is unassigned parking. At least spot for leaseholders should be reserved. Understandably you can get an unassigned covered spot for an additional rate which would guarantee you a place any time. Haven't had an issue with parking yet but I'm sure it will be hit and miss at times and that's nothing to get upset about given all the positives elsewhere.
