ReNew Fairmont Park is located in West Midland, near the popular Bowlero Midland and next to C.J. Kelly Park. We offer both market rate and income-restricted housing options. Our one and two-bedroom floor plans feature updated interiors, hardwood-style flooring, and woodburning fireplaces in select homes as well as washer and dryer connections and spacious walk-in closets. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, covered parking, playground, and two swimming pools. ReNew Fairmont Park is a pet-friendly community with only a few breed restrictions. It was clean really really nice workers that's in there like I said there are helpful I just think God that I was able to move there and they was willing to help me and wait until I can move into because I had issues with my money and they was willing to wait and I wasn't able to move into moving day but I still had a chance and I'm thankful for that good good workers good workers
