Last year was not a good year, it was called Woodbridge and the property was going down with the landscape and upkeep of maintenance. Renew has taken this place over and in 3 weeks we are getting buildings painted, Landscape has Cleaned up, we renovated 2 fitness centers,indoor pool apartments are getting renovated, and they took out about 15 wild trees that didn't belong We have so much to offer here . Indoor outdoor pool,tennis courts, dog park, volleyball sanded court, nice duck ponds and more. You can take a walk through the neighborhood and enjoy the surroundings and wonderful people. This is the best community I have live in

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe new ownership is Phenomenal. The maintenance staff and the office personnel are great. Some are same and some are new but everyone seems happier and the interactions I have had, have always been pleasant since the new owners have taken over. The whole complex is being fixed, sidewalks, the gym, the front office. It’s awesome to see the massive improvements being made.
