Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBeen living here for over 5 years now. Like other reviewers have stated, management seems to get worse each year and so do the things wrong with this place. Some renovations have been made but they're mostly cosmetic and made to entice potential new renters. They didn't even open the outdoor pool this summer despite it being finished and renovated. I was looking forward to it seeing as they're very close to my apartment building. They just want to entice potential new renters with the cheap renovations.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoRent is too expensive here for what amenities you get. Things constantly break, and sometimes maintenance takes a while to fix it. The leasing office asks for redundant information, that is already available, which can get really annoying. They need to look on the portal before asking for all this info

I never can get through to anyone and when I walk in there they all just be talking to each other laughing while the phones ring. I have to constantly call about my rent payments because they never add them to my account then they always trying to charge me a late fee. It’s roaches in my apartment which I didn’t know this before moving in my bathroom sink is still not working after I made a work order. To be honest the only thing I like is the workout building and the pools but if you work 9to5 you will never experience it cause it’s closed. So yeah that’s my experience

It would be better if the agents were more dedicated, the odor was gone after 10 days ventilation, the dryer could be right started with only one payment, and the abandoned car occupying the most convenient free parking spot with a tow warning tag to be removed...

In addition to the property, they are renovating an indoor and outdoor pool Even got 2 new gyms with new equipment Put a fence around the bad looking dumpsters, did new landscaping and more I've lived here 3 years now and a new company took over for the better. Last year, trees were overgrown, and paint was chipping on the buildings. Now it's a brand-new look Also, they have renovated most apartments and the hallways Looks like I'm in a 5-star hotel in the hallway I must mention I also have the best neighbors Can leave my window open after 9p and we don't hear a peep This is a middle-class working family area. Hardly any kids. we only have 3 kids in our building, but they are very young. Just loving everything about my place
