Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAll my needs are met and the environment is much better under Renew. The leasing is starting to have resident events and more engaging with the community. One thing they may consider is all the doors from staircases to floors to install the closers that were taken down to do the door hinge spring thing. With a closer, they can be adjusted to smoothly do the job, and spring slams unrestricted. I can estimate within a year cracks will form around the door frames on the drywall walls. I wonder how adjacent apartments deal with the slamming I do remember before they made the changes, and it was such quiet and did the job 100 better. The apartment doors are ideal for using the hinge spring, but I can guarantee any residents reading this will agree with me. I will say that the decision-makers do not live here, and thus have no clue of what I am speaking of in this case. I will say if you created a poll, you would see validation in my words.

Contractors and maintenance are working hard daily to make it even more beautiful. I am in my 15th yr here, and never have I ever seen any of the upkeep and landscaping performed until this last year. We now have our ery own grilling station, beautiful flowers here and there, and especially around the leasing office. There is so much more . Come see for yourself We have the most awesome, helpful, caring staff that give us outdoor movie nights, raffle drawings, taco bar, ice cream bar, breakfast bar and giveaways. So fun. So thoughtful. Love it here.

They do special things for the tenants most apartment complexes don't. Only thing I would like is maybe some updates to old apartments like mine. But I enjoy living here very much.
