Cameron and Alfredo the maintenance have done an excellent job when I need something fixed in my apartment .This complex is close to school within walking distance of the bus line,grocery stores and restaurants. I love attending the monthly events announced in the monthly newsletter , as they give everyone living in our community an opportunity to connect and get to know each other and the staff on a more personable level.
Everyone so far has been friendly and neighborly, and the staff is driven to maximize the potential of this community. I haven’t yet mentioned that the leasing office frequently hosts raffles for the community members to participate in at no cost. Raffling off items like a popcorn maker, a ninja air fryer, gift cards, and even a flatscreen TV I would absolutely recommend Renew Kentwood to anyone searching for a conveniently located, safe, and fun place to live
