Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOur apartment was in great condition when we moved in It looked like all of the appliances and the carpet were new We had a maintenance issue right off the bat, but the team was able to get a temporary fix in place by the end of the first day. The permanent fix only took about 24 hours and the tech was very friendly.
The front office was very welcoming on the day we moved in and were helpful in making it a smooth transition.
We feel very safe in the community and it's a great place to live for the price

All services have improved since I switched to Arrive. It's nice to have an office space, but it would be nice to have the air conditioner running in the summer. The pool is well maintained and I love the upgrades to the gym.
