My only issue is that there’s no security guard and the resident gate has been inoperable for months which makes feeling safe impossible

My only complaints are that the fobs haven’t worked and when I asked, I was told it was a building problem. It wasn’t fixed. We just now use the back door, which is ok, but I don’t know how to access the intercom so deliveries can go right to my door. And the neighbors really need to pick up after their dogs. It’s disgusting. I have a dog and I pick up after her all the time. Even in the snow. Someone should be looking at the irresponsible individuals who don’t. It’s gross and unsanitary. But overall, my dog and I love it here. Just don’t plow the snow so high, we can’t get grass for days. Thanks
