My building is clean no pests, etc. and well maintained, and I m blessed with nice neighbors. The front desk staff and maintenance technicians are all friendly and super efficient in dealing with any issues or questions. I feel safe here, which is a big deal for older single folks. Rent is high everywhere, and there are places charging the same monthly rate but without the quality, so it s totally worth it to stay here. Grateful to be here

Over the almost 6 years I’ve probably only called for Maintenance issues about 5 times and two of those times it wasn’t directly related to my apartment but for the apartment above me. The community is great and a lot of work has been recently done to improve socialization within the community. For example additional dog parks have been erected all over the community. Among a host of other things. It’s overall a great place to live.
