The building amenities are great, and I enjoy the neighborhood being very walking accessible I don't have a car , with lots of fast food and small stores 7 11 and Royal Farms around a block away, and then a nicer shopping strip around ten minutes walk. I love the aesthetic of the building, and have found my unit to be very nice, quiet, and well-maintained.

You can reach major attractions and sports venues easily. Why drive to a restaurant when you can walk. Best of all areas like Canton, Fells Point, and Federal Hill are just minutes away.

Common areas are always maintained and in pristine shape. Staff on the property are always happily and readily available to help with any of the residents’ needs. Great place and community to live in

Maintenance is the best they come quickly and get the job done. The building is always kept looking good housekeeping sees to that and the overall staff is friendly and helpful. Management is always having affairs for the tenants they have resident appreciation day. The dogs and cats here are taken care of with outdo and indoor dog parks and doggie spar.
