She was very knowledgeable of the property, community, and leasing process. She made me feel welcomed before I was even a resident.

Leasing rates are reasonable, the leasing staff is professional and always willing to help, maintenance does an incredible job and the housekeeping staff is on the ball as far as keeping everything neat and tidy. So I would recommend making 10 Light your home if you are looking to make a move.

I love living at 10 Light and I will be renewing my lease here until we leave Baltimore. My only complaints are the fire alarms, which are very easily set off, and the paint used on the walls in the units which is very absorbent and does not clean easily .
