The unit was certainly move in ready, crisp, and clean All appliances seemed brand new and numerous had stickers on them still. The amenities here are pleasant and as Illinois-ians, we need to enjoy summer as much as possible. The pool is a plus. I have a toddler son so the playground and soccer field are amazing. I’ve had a few requests put in upon move-in, minor stuff, and it was addressed within hours through the app The layouts are nice and valet trash service is prompt. Overall, a great experience.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall I would say my resident experience is good. I feel like I have had to put in a lot of maintenance requests in the year I have lives here so far. My hot water heater has had maintenance 4 times in 6 months which is incredibly annoying. I also had to have maintenance look at my air conditioner because it was so cold from a dirty air filter that it froze pipes which makes me think they did not replace things when the last tenant moved out. Otherwise it is a nice apartment, spacious and the leasing office is very nice. The pool is awesome but there are many children that live here so I would not go on weekends or evening.

Remodeled units seem like they are good quality with a lot of attention placed on little details. Front office staff are incredibly helpful, insightful, and overall pleasant to interact with.
