Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe were seeking a place quickly because we were selling our home and we found the perfect place for us. The community appears to kids friendly, the staff is friendly. I have not use maintaince as yet, so I am not sure about their response time. However, I have observed that this new management is going above and beyond to help its clients. Special shout out to Melissa for guiding us through the entire process. The garbage and mail is a good walking distance but I rather have an indoors washer-dryer and dishwasher anyway. My neighbors must be quiet because I can't really hear them or maybe the wall is soundproof. Besides from a few construction mishaps like the kitchen cabinets are already peeling off because they are wrapped with something like white wallpaper perhaps vinyl, and I am missing an iron bar from closet which is an easy fix the place was cleaned spotless, and I had an excellent five star experience. I had doubts about some of the online reviews so happy we took a chance.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community has improved More doggie posts, no huge craters on the roads maybe a little right at the entrance of cass where the water drain is.. maybe you could level that a bit , no huge trucks parked around. The only thing is the dog park for me. My dogs and I can’t enjoy it because of the amount of waste that it’s left by owners so I really hope we can solve that problem.
