Plus we love the valet garbage pickup. It's so convenient. Looking forward to spring and all the beautiful flowers around here and using the pool when it opens up this summer.

Kinda unhappy about future pay to park options and worried we are now going to have to walk farther from our current home due to us not wanting to pay extra to be in front of our apartment. Incentive to pay extra is also not great due to there being no covered garage or anything. Small issues but we love the community and amenities. Also please offer sanitation wipes in the fitness center currently there are NONE
