Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMost of the tenants at RENEW Winthrop St are AMAZING When my cat ran away, tenants who would see him, kept us informed. Ultimately it was several tenants who helped us find Felix.
My only issues are with maintenance. We asked that the patio screen door be fixed and because it wasn't, our cat was able to run away.
My sister can only open her bedroom window during inclement weather due to a LARGE gap between the frame and screen. This gap allows insects, mostly, bees, in her bedroom. This issue is particularly challenging because her bedroom doesn't have an air conditioner.
Earlier this year, after tenants were moved due to mold remediation. Unfortunately this occurred without tenant notification. A strong odor came through the vents, causing dizziness, fatigue nausea.
Our household reported an issue with another tenant. Brendaliz called to get our side of the issue assured us that the matter would be resolved.
Overall my experience at RENEW at Winthrop St is a good one.
