Maintenance requests are dealt with care and quick. Bus line 31 and the stop is right in front of the property. Takes 10-12 min to UMass campus by car, 15-20 by bus. Highly recommended

It is a little expensive but totally worth it for the price. The walls are really thin though, so cannot make much noise and the floor squeaks when you walk too
