Our new management staff make living here so carefree by taking care of the building and grounds and the voluminous packages coming to the office to secure. The modified Luxer system makes getting packages 24 7. Our maintenance staffers are knowledgeable, skilled and so pleasant when we interact. Thumbs up to Daniel and Bill.
It’s a convenience location for shopping and access to all the services we have need of. With 5 miles my medical providers can be reached.
The Residents’ clubhouse always looks ready for a party or for a quiet space for calls and conversations. The fitness area are well equiped.
My ideas for some changes are welcomed by Katy and Megan.

Maintenance has always been quick to address any requests submitted are always friendly when I encounter them. Ever since the Luxer room was updated so we could send ourselves codes, that's been going well too.
I do have one frustration that has to do with parking. There is a gold car with a black convertible top that is CONSTANTLY in the guest parking area. This person is clearly living at the complex despite apparently not being on a lease since they're always in guest parking. Considering how everyone else has to share these spots, I think it's really unfair that they can continue to hog a spot for themselves nearly every single day. This isn't the first time I've complained about this either my own guests have noticed it as well. They need to either get on a lease or park across the street if they're gonna be here all the time out of fairness to all the other tenets.
