Moved from a state over, so the move was long, exhausting slow due to weather a flat tire. Arrived to our new home, cannot express our gratitude for it being clean, cozy, move-in ready. Management and maintenance have been incredibly helpful welcoming. Neighbors are quiet keep to themselves mostly, while the mature landscaping dampens any obtuse noises from roads nearby, creating a peaceful haven for introverts. There are playgrounds on site, and many close by for small children, plenty of room for walking pets, a community that feels safe enough to walk around even at night. I’m deeply impressed so far by my new home, this neighborhood.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBecoming a ReNew tenant has not been an easy transitions but much easier to deal with when you have a great leasing Manager. Transfer to a remodeled unit unfortunately was not the best choice remodeled unit was not the best work. ReNew management tried their best to have maintenance fix any issues. They should hire more professional contractors to do a better job given then increase of rent.
