I want to thank the maintenance team for their exceptional service in taking care of my requests in the 7 years we lived here, they are always professional and polite when enter acting with them. I want to especially give a Five Star rating to Tung and Kevin these two are the best They are so on point with everything and I truly appreciate them both. The other guys are nice and professional too but I don't know their name.
It is always good to have a place to call home and the maintenance team are on point all the time, don't get any better then ReNew Foundry Centre Maintenance Team

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe were supposed to move out of ReNew Foundry Apts in April, 2023 couldn't agree on a new place to call home this was AFTER I gave my intent to vacate letter to management. After the final no from my husband, he suggested we stay I suggested that in the beginning but whatever . I went to the leasing office to withdraw my intent and they allowed it with no problem I was so frustrated so the tears started. Management was patient with me and understood my frustration as well. You never know what a person may be going through and while it's not your problem, kindness and understanding goes such a long way I am extremely grateful I'll never forget that exchange.
