The only downside is they change management too much and of course the maintenance crew changes as well. Also I have issues with parking, some of the residences are disrespectful and if it applies to you then take the comment. They will park in your paid reserved parking space and in the handicapped space w o the permits which is unlawful. I have complained on many occasions and it’s always we monitor the parking lots, obviously that’s not true🧐they stated I have to call the towing company who they pay to monitor the parking lots. 🤔. So like it or not I don’t expect my review to be up long. I don’t care and have expressed my views in writing but most importantly in person first and it never changes just the management. It’s not for the best either .It must be the misfits they rotate from different properties to properties and or it’s a family affair.
