Packages could be secured better but they are trying with a lock mail room, security presence, and lockers at a 20 one time fee .

The units are nice enough and management is quite responsive when it comes to things that need attention. Security is present often and are pretty friendly as well. The building is pretty secure and I feel safe — and my packages are too. The people you’ll meet around the building are nice for the most part, too. I would recommend this building to family and friends — in fact I’ve already convinced one friend to move in

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI recently moved into Merritt Apartments and everything has been great so far. The unit is clean, spacious, and has a very nice layout. Maintenance is fast and responsive whenever needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the living experience. The only thing to note is that PG E electricity costs can be a bit high, but that’s not related to the apartment itself.
