Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been a long time resident here. Prior management companies made promises that they never kept. In just a short time, the ReNew Management team has kept their promises. They actually bought and installed a new boiler when previous management made inexpensive repairs. They painted all entry doors to the residents' apartments and completed installing new roofs on buildings that needed them. And they have begun exterior remodeling of all apartments.

I give a standing ovation to the new team for dealing with a certain issue with their actual care on us. Thank you again.
|Recommended: YesThe Experience Has Been Good So Far. — I like this community the staff is very cooperative. The new manager Allison is great, she is taking every measure to make this community better in terms of upkeep, maintenance and landscaping.
