Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been a long time resident here. I have seen several management companies come and go. So I was very skeptical of the ReNew management team being any different.
To my surprise, a pleasant surprise, they were very different in a most positive way. They keep the promises they make to residents. They actually care about resident concerns. When they took over from old management, they did immediate remodeling with roofs, painting the exterior and doors, and putting in new washer and dryers. Their maintenance team actually know what they are doing and are definitely skilled at what they do. The response times from management and maintenance is the best I have seen in my many years here.
I noticed that management promotes from within, instead of bringing in new people where there is a learning curve in doing that. I believe the effectiveness of this team, starts at the top with the head office manager. From my experience and her enthusiasm and helpfulness does not go unnoticed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWhere do I even begin. To have to deal with Mattie and Christian was the most pleasant professional and funny experience ever. Mattie was amazing from start to finish and here comes Christian stepping in to assist me with my move in while Mattie was way. I was able to get move in date moved up with no problem. Please don't let me get into how amazing the apartment is. When I tell you the upgrade is every from the vinyl floors to the light fixtures and most importantly the 2 in 1 LG washer and dryer that I cant wait to use. I think I'm going to love it here
