The leasing office staff are super nice and very responsive to any inquiries and or issues which really shows they care about the residents here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWhen I moved in, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The business center is very convenient when I need to print several pages of documents in urgent situation.
Several things to mention,
1. Some one smoked and I fund the butts multiples times outside my living room door. I am living on the ground floor so it might be thrown by others who smoked at higher levels.
2. One weekend morning, someone poured water from higher level and it was a shame because it happened three times.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable when you can get ahold of them , and the app they use makes it easy to put in maintenance requests, get updates about things around the complex example the elevator was being fixed recently and they sent alerts keeping us posted on the status , and paying rent.

Biggest take away is that I think the fire alarms are finally fix that they don’t go off every few other week.
