I really enjoyed living here as a first-generation student who transferred from community college. Maintenance is very quick to fix anything which is amazing. Pool hours are reasonable. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and really recommend it.

Parking continues to be the issue where there is no permit and there is no visitor parking for the back buildings. People parking in the handicap and bike racks areas when they don’t want to park far away.
