ReNew Fairmont Park is located in West Midland, near the popular Bowlero Midland and next to C.J. Kelly Park. We offer both market rate and income-restricted housing options. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt is okay. The staff is doing a good job. I just wish they never towed our car while we were on vacation. Another thing is when we ask for a work order to be completed. it take a while and some of the guy who comes to fix, do not care to fix it properly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here because of the girls in the office. They are extremely nice and friendly and make me feel like I'm in a neighborly place. The buildings, apartments, landscape, and some of the residents are not too desirable. It seems like it takes forever for anything to get cleaned around here, and the garbage can at the mail area at the clubhouse in at back area not the office, the other one hasn't been emptied in weeks, so garbage and letters just litter the whole back area. And also that back area needs a new led light fixture behind the building for the parking lot. That is the only light for that entire back parking lot area, THE ONLY LIGHT , and it is so dim. You are just asking for someone to come break into the cars parked under the carports back there. You guys just changed all the light fixtures and made this place very bright and safe, but somehow forgot about the only light on that strip of parking. It's very dangerous back there. And the flooding is horrible because of the hillside is higher than the pavement. If you dug some cut outside in the dirt to allow the water to roll down the hill instead of flooding the back area, people would be able to drive, park and use the dumpsters back there when it rains.
Those are some things I have noticed in my years of living here, that back area gets neglected and forgotten about all the time.
I live here because of the girls in the office and how they treat me. There are obviously many places to live, these girls are special. I'm all about customer service and guest relations and that's why I'm here yet another year instead of finding somewhere safer and cleaner.
