ReNew Fairmont Park is located in West Midland, near the popular Bowlero Midland and next to C.J. Kelly Park. We offer both market rate and income-restricted housing options. Our one and two-bedroom floor plans feature updated interiors, hardwood-style flooring, and woodburning fireplaces in select homes as well as washer and dryer connections and spacious walk-in closets. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, covered parking, playground, and two swimming pools. ReNew Fairmont Park is a pet-friendly community with only a few breed restrictions. Dogs and cats poo sight are disgusting.
Also some pets are not well caged by their owners, wandering into people's houses.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSince the 1st day I moved in to this complex your staff and management team have been there to assist me in any issue or request. More importantly they have accommodated my stay here and they alwaysmakemefeelathome. They make this place feel welcoming and I enjoy it every time. When my presence is requested to the front office either for updates or simply to sign paperwork they are very very respectful and loving and always greetyouwithasmile. Every time I see them as I come back from work they all say hello, good afternoon, good morning, etc. They even ask how I'm doing or how my day went and I love that But what I like the most about this new management team is that they work with you. If you have a late payment, an issue or simply a maintenance call they listed and help you take care of the problem. Considering everything going on in the world today and with the Covid 19 pandemic they are willing to work with you because they understand that we are all going through hard times specially with employment. For the last 4 months I have struggled to keep up with my bills due to the pandemic. But knowing that this community understands and willing to help you as much as possible, that takes away a lot of stress from my every day. For now this is my home, and to have a community that supports you understands you and is there for you, means a lot.... Thank you for everything and God-bless
