Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy first 4 days were just fine. The total 9 days after move on 5 of the days I heard bad aware words from the tenants below me 203 and banging on the walls for 5 nights in a row. Starts at 10 30 pm until 4-5 in the morning. I reported heavy marijana pot smell or methane in the corridors about 4 times a week - to the office. The policy is to inform all in the building of no smoking, have yet to see a notice. I have three drawers that do not line up, tub drain that is not sufficiently attached and the towel bar in main bath is not attached. Also reported to office.

There s a nice pond with ducks to look at, but I don t suggest u feed them they bite
Maintenence is super friendly and so is management

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt is a good experience living. The community is nice and quiet with no regular problems. There was once although an incident of loosing package and the community has no way cctv or other ways to ensure that issue
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI thought the old management was bad, this one is worse. The whole place is falling apart. The doorbells don’t work, the windows suck. They slapped some paint on the buildings like that helps anything.

Only thing I wish they’d do is shovel the paths and make sure the parking lot is salted. You can’t go on a walk in the community because there’s snow everywhere.

The best part about this complex is definitely the atmosphere – my neighbors are consistently friendly and the community here is wonderfully quiet, making it a genuinely good place to live and relax.
