For example, my unit is near a gutter that leaks water from melting snow and then freezes again. The walk is unsafe to walk on. Maintenance tries there best to keep the walkway free from snow. ❄️ My needs are always met by them. You are the most excellent housing complex I have ever resided in.

The staff are very nice and the facilities folks keep the place nice. It is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. There was a small issue with my dryer and it was fixed the very same day I would recommend this community.
