I can be at the grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping centers in a matter on minutes. It is situated by the highway, so easy access to major roads. The residents are great. The property owners are beginning to spruce up the place which makes the apartments more attractive. Finally, the apartments are very affordable, even though there has been a rent increase it's still more affordable than other rental properties in the city of Durham.
