Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRelative to the occupants in my building only, I am happy to report that all of the tenants in my building are polite and respectful. I am an older tenant with medical issues and have requested a tenant to help me bring groceries up to my apartment, carry a heavy package to my apartment and even have been helped with carrying my laundry from the basement to my apartment. There have been many times where I have not even had the opportunity to ask because the tenants just flat out offer before I even have an opportunity to ask for their help. Everyone in this building always has time to chat for a few minutes when you encounter someone in this building. From my own personal experiences, I know this is unique to our building. In fact, I have formed friendships with some of the tenants in my building which I think is also unique.
