Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, we really enjoy living in the apartment and appreciate the community. The regular maintenance is noticeable and helps keep the complex clean and welcoming. One improvement we’d love to see is the addition of EV charging stations.
We do have one concern during heavy rain, the area at the bottom of the stairs at Building 9 tends to flood, making it difficult to avoid walking through a puddle to reach the parking lot.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe’ve lived here for a month so far… and no complaints. Our apartment is very cozy. The fireplace is a great feature to have. I was afraid of noise issues because they told us there is no sound proofing between units, but so far we have not heard any of our neighbors. We signed a 10 month lease just in case we didn’t like the apartment, but I’d be happy to stay longer. Plenty of amenities onsite plus a great neighborhood right outside of the complex for walking running.
