Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPaul and his team as usual react to any and all needs in a timely fashion. During this past snow storm, with the high winds we had lost our heat. I know sooner sent in a request in the maintenance portal, Paul is knocking on our door to react to our problem, he lit the pilot and within minutes we had heat and the temperature was rising. He stayed for a while to ensure the heat remained on… thank you Paul for all you and your team do day in and day out….

I’ve been living in this condo community and it has truly been a 5-star experience. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and managed professionally. You can tell the management team genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the common areas are consistently spotless and welcoming. The amenities are a huge plus — everything is well kept and easily accessible.
The location is also incredibly convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and major routes, which makes everyday life so much easier. On top of that, the community feels safe, quiet, and respectful.
I’m genuinely happy to call this place home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed condo community.

I give them both a 10 , and 10 being the highest score. I’m not a water person, but I must say on very hot days, a dunk in the pool is very refreshing.
It has also has been a quiet place for us to live. Which is important and a safe place too
