We are at the present time unable to get out of the airport and we can’t retrieve packages I put a special request in to Amazon to deliver to us. Most times they don’t. When i can find some one to go to the mail room. It is a disaster stuff is not where it should be Wish there was a way to have someone oversee where they put packages. Or if it is a perishable have someone notify the residents so the gifts don’t go bad. Other than the mail room problems we are very happy here. Thank you for trying to make life better for all of us
