My apartment has everything I need as far as appliances, closet and storage space. It's also close to where I shop and my medical providers. The maintenance do a good job, and the management team of Brittany, Amber, and Lydia are the best team the complex has ever had. They have well equipped gym, yoga room, conference room and many more. Maintenance service is very good. Only they lack play area for kids. But i think they are planning on the same. Overall living in this community experience is very nice.

We are only there a few times a week. My downstairs neighbor pounds on my floor at 645pm because my kids dare to exist. Twice he came up to pound on my door. The first time I had no idea it would be an angry neighbor because my kiddos literally were not even running around, so I talked to him but said that the kids are just living. The second time he banged on the floor and then came flying back up and pounded on my door so I said I wasn’t interested in talking through the door ANYWAY, the reason I say this is that I talked to the office the next day. I reinforced that between 9pm and 7am, I am really vigilant about the noice but the kids get home from school and are just trying to live. The person I talked to was 100 in my corner and said that kids living in their home at 645pm is not offensive. I felt really heard and thankful that everyone understands.
