I just moved in a few days ago, and noticed a few things out of place in my apartment. I filled out a maintenance slip of the issues I was faced with, and not only did they apologize, but came to my apartment the very next day, and addressed the issues quick and with ease. In my short period of time of being here I'm very pleased, and truly understand why they say, you have Arrived at the Chaddsford .

Management is engaged in upkeep of community and attentive to maintenance calls. They sponsor periodic social events around holidays and other themes of interest. Love the location - convenient to lots of retail outlets, food stores, and major roads into Philly and Wilmington.
